AILET Application Form 2021 – NLU Delhi will release the application form of AILET 2021 in online mode around the 3rd week of January. The AILET 2021 application form will be for admission to the BA LLB and LLM courses offered by the institute. The seats intake for the two programs, not including seats reserved for foreign nations, are: BA LLB – 110 seats; LLM -70 seats. The AILET 2021 candidate may proceed to fill the application form after they have ascertained that they meet the AILET eligibility criteria 2021. As part of the AILET application form 2021 filling process, the candidate needs to first get registered and create a candidate account, select the program of study, upload photos and pay the application fee. How to fill AILET application form 2021
Step 1 – Online AILET Registration 2021
Go to the admission portal and click on the “Create New Account” tab to access the registration form. In the registration form, the candidate will have to enter the following details:
- Email address
- Password (for the New Account)
- Name (should be the same as mentioned on the certificate)
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Name of parents
- Address, etc.
On successful AILET 2021 registration, a candidate account would be created and the candidate will be directed to the Application Locker.
Click on the “Go to the Application Locker” tab
Step 2 – Select the course of study
The candidate in this step will have to select the course of study: UG / PG
Step 3 – Fill the form
The candidate will next have to fill the application form which will have various fields like:
- Religion
- Category
- Nationality
- AILET exam centre 2021: The list of exam cities will be displayed in the drop-down menu. Select the city.
- Communication address
- Educational details, etc.
Step 4 – Uploading of documents
The candidate in this step would have to upload a photograph and signature as per the specification mentioned in the table below.

Step 5 – Payment of application fee
The candidate has the option of paying the application fee in any of the following modes:
- Online payment: Payments can be made using internet banking, credit and debit cards.
- Offline payment: To make payment offline, select the ‘Cash Deposit at post office.’ The candidate next has to select the city, bank branch. On making the selection, a challan will be generated. Download the challan and make the payment in the bank (that you have selected) within 48 hours of generating the challan. The fee payment detail will be reflected on the applicant account within 72 hours.

- 5-year BA LLB (Hons.): 110+10 seats [110 Seats on merit through AILET 2021 and 10 seats for direct admission to Foreign Nationals on merit (5 seats for Foreign Nationals & 5 seats for OCI/PIO)
