LSAT India Exam Pattern 2020 – LSAT India 2020 will be conducted in online mode that will be proctored remotely using AI-assisted technology. So candidates can take the test directly from the comfort and safety of their homes, without having to go out to an exam centre. Test sessions will be recorded using webcams so that no unfair practice gets unpunished. LSAT India was earlier conducted in offline (pencil-and-paper) mode. The transition to online mode is done keeping in view the COVID-19 and subsequent lockdown situation. The remotely proctored online exam will be conducted on multiple days and slots. The LSAT India online exam will start on July 19. LSAT India 2020 will test the reading, informal reasoning, and deductive reasoning skills of candidates, which are considered essential in the study and practise of law. The LSAT India 2020 question paper will have four sections – Analytical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning (1), Logical Reasoning (2), and Reading Comprehension.

Equipments required for taking the LSAT India 2020 ONLINE exam
- Windows 8 or above Operating System
- 2-4 GB and above RAM, Dual Core / i3 or above processor
- Attached or integrated Camera
- Internet with consistent speed (as equivalent to browsing)
- Updated Web Browser (Chrome or Firefox)
- 15 GB or more of free disk space and a functional Audio-Video-Microphone
- Also, the web browser should have pop-up blockers disabled in order to launch the test successfully.
- It is recommended to have a decent, branded Antivirus also installed.
- LSAC will send successfully registered candidates a link to a mock test closer to the exam date in order to test whether their computers and other equipment meet the requirements to take the online LSAT—India or not.
Identification proof for appearing in Online LSAT India 2020 exam
The candidate may be prompted on screen to display any government-issued id cards as an identity proof. The following points about the ID card may be noted:
- The ID card must be valid
- The name printed in the ID card must be the same as the once used by the candidate for LSAT India registration
Documents that can be used as ID proofs:
- UIDAI / Aadhaar Card
- Election Card / Voter ID
- Passport
- PAN Card
- SC/ ST Certificate with a photograph
- Employee ID containing photograph and signature.
- Military ID / Government-issued Armed Forces Dependent ID containing photograph of the test-taker

In case the candidate doesn’t have the above documents, here are ALTERNATE documents:
- Tenth pass certificate/mark sheet with date of birth mentioned on it.

Allotment of LSAT India Test Slots
The allotment of online LSAT India 2020 testing date and slots will be done a few days before the test delivery window. To make the allotments, the LSAC committee will take into account factors like:

Dress Code for LSAT India 2020 ONLINE exam
The test session of the candidate will be recorded and reviewed by LSAC personnel. So, it is recommended that the applicant dress decently in a manner they would otherwise do if they were taking the test at a traditional exam centre. Clothing that covers the face from the camera’s view, including hats or hoods (not including religious apparel), sunglasses, and headphones, are not to be worn.

The last date to submit LSAT India 2020 application form has been extended to July 5. The application form is available in online mode and may be filled by candidates seeking admission to LSAT India participating law colleges. When filling the form, one must take care to use only genuine and correct information, as otherwise applications may be rejected.
Steps to fill LSAT India 2020 application form
- Online registration – To get registered, enter name, email id and mobile number, and educational qualification. Also select the program of study.
- Filling of application form – The candidate has to next fill the application form which will have sections like academic, personal, and academic details. The candidate will also have to select courses and colleges in the order of preference. A maximum of eight colleges can be selected.
- Payment of the exam fee – The candidate has to next pay the LSAT India application fee 2020 in online mode using net banking, credit or debit cards. Once payment is successfully done, submit the application form.
