MHT CET Application Form 2021 – State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Maharashtra will release the ONLINE application form of MHT CET 2021 tentatively in the 1st week of April. MHT CET 2021 application form is for admission to BE / BTech and pharmacy programs offered by higher educational institutes in the state. Desirous candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria have to duly fill the MHT CET 2021 application form and submit it before the last date. Admission to the above programs will be on the basis of MHT CET 2021 entrance exam scores; the exam will be conducted around the 2nd week of April. How to fill MHT CET 2021 application form
The application form of MHT CET 2021 can be filled by following the below mentioned steps.
- Registration
- Log-in to newly created account
- Filling of the application form
- Uploading of documents
- Payment of application fee
Step 1 – Registration
To register for the exam, the candidate will have to click on the Registration (For New Candidates) tab.
A registration form will open where the candidate has to enter their email id, mobile number, name, parent’s or guardian’s name, gender and date of birth. The candidate will also be required to:
- Enter a username
- Choose and confirm a password for the new applicant account.
Step 2 – Log-in to newly created account
The candidate will have to go back to the registration page, and Click on the Login (Only for already registered candidates) option using user id and password to access the application form.
Step 3 – Filling of the application form
Upon log-in, the Education Program (Undergraduate) and CET Examination ( MHT CET 2021) will be displayed.
Click on the Proceed button.
The candidate will be directed to a page that will explain the MHT CET 2021 application form filling process, and display the application fee and other details.

The application form of MHT CET 2021 will be displayed on screen. It will have various sections like Personal Details, Permanent Address, Address for Correspondence, and Other Details.
The candidate would be easily able to enter these details. The only place where the candidate may have any confusion can be related to the Other Details section. The section will have the following questions:
- Are you an Indian Citizen?
- Religion
- Do you possess a caste Certificate from Maharashtra?
- Do you possess a Non-creamy layer certificate?
- Are you a person with a disability?
- Annual income of the family?
- Domicile certificate of state?
- Category
The MHT CET application form will also have the following sections:
- Candidate account details – Here enter account holder name, account type, name of the bank, account number, branch name, and IFSC code of the bank.
- HSC qualification details – the candidate will have to enter information related to status of the qualifying exam (appeared / passed), year of passing, name of the college, etc.
- Selection of language in which the candidate wants to take the MHT CET entrance exams. Language options include – English, Marathi, and Urdu
- Subject combination – whether the candidate wants to appear for PCM or PCB subject combination.
Step 4 – Uploading of documents
In this step, the candidate will have to upload scanned copies of their photograph and signature in the format prescribed by exam officials.

Step 5 – Payment of application fee
The MHT CET 2021 application fee has to be paid online using credit card, debit card or net banking.

Once payment is successfully made, payment receipt will be generated. The candidate may take a printout of the payment receipt for future reference.

Generating lost password to log-in to candidate account
There may be situations where you may fail to recall or lose the password to your account. In such a situation, instead of panicking, follow the following steps to generate a new password.
How to generate lost password
- Go to the application portal
- Click on the Forgot Password tab under the registration / log-in window
- A new window will open
- Select the option (mobile or email) how you want to receive the OTP for generating new password
- Next enter username and Captcha
- Click on Send OTP on mobile number / email id tab
- Enter the OTP in the designated box
- You can now create a new password. Confirm the password
How to generate lost username
- Go to the application portal
- Click on the Forgot Username tab
- A form will open where you have to enter first name, mobile number and date of birth
- Enter Captcha displayed on screen
- Click on Get User Name / Reset button
- Using these options the candidate can retrieve or create a new username for the account.
MHT CET Exam Centre 2021
The state-level exam will be conducted at 36 districts in the state of Maharashtra. The candidate will be able to pick their choice of MHT CET 2021 exam centre at the time of filling the application form. A maximum of four districts (in the order of preference) can be selected by the candidate. Details related to the MHT CET exam centre allotted to the candidate will be mentioned on the admit card.

MHT CET Admit Cards 2021
Maharashtra State CET cell will release the admit card of MHT CET 2021 in online mode a few weeks prior to the exam. An essential document for taking the exam, the MHT CET 2021 admit card will carry vital details like the name and roll number of the candidate, date and time of the exam, and also name and address of the allotted exam centre. To download the admit card, the candidate will have to log-in to the admit card download portal by entering their application number and password.
