NEET PG Application Form 2021 – The National Board of Examinations (NBE) will release the Online application form of NEET PG 2021 tentatively in the 1st week of November. The NEET PG 2021 application form may be filled by candidates seeking admission to MS, MD, and postgraduate diploma courses in medical and dental colleges in India. As part of the NEET PG application filling process, the candidate has to first get registered using details like name, date of birth, email id, and mobile number; on successful NEET PG 2021 registration user id and password would be generated for the candidate log-in. The candidate can then proceed to fill other details in the application form like filling of essential details, uploading of documents, and payment of fee. Candidates who successfully complete the application process can take the NEET PG 2021 exam, which will be conducted around 1st week of January. How to fill the ONLINE NEET PG application form 2021

1. Registration
2. Filling of the application form
3. Uploading of photograph and signature
4. Selection of test city
5. Payment of application fee
6. Take a print out of the filled Application form with Transaction ID printed on it.

Step 1 – Registration

1. Go to the official NBE website nbe.edu.in
2. Click on NEET PG 
3. Click on New Registration
4. A registration form will open, where the candidate has to enter name, date of birth, gender, nationality, mobile number and email id
5. Also, enter the security code displayed on screen
6. On successful registration, User ID and Password will be generated, which will be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidate.

Step 2 – Filling of the application form

The candidate has to next fill the NEET PG application form, which will have various fields like:

• Personal Details: Information entered at the time of registration like name, DOB, and email id, etc. needn’t have to be entered again. 

Instead the candidate will have to enter the name of their parents, category, PwD status, and Communication Address. Also select an Identification detail – Aadhaar Card, Driving License, PAN, Card, Passport and Voter’s ID  – from the dropdown menu. 

• Qualification Details: In this section, the candidate has to enter a) MBBS / Primary Medical Qualification details –   Country of completion of MBBS Qualification, Name of Country, State, City, University name, Month and Year of Passing.
  
  b) Internship Details c) SMC/MCI Registration Details, and d) Additional Information.
  
• Test Centre Details: The candidate will also be required to select an NEET PG exam centre from where they want to take the exam from. 

Step 3 – Uploading of documents 

In this step, the candidate will have to upload scanned copies of photograph, signature, left hand thumb impression, and MCI/SMC registration certificate as per the specification mentioned in the table below.

Step 4 – Payment of application fee

The last step of NEET PG 2021 application process is submission of application fee, which can be paid in online mode using net banking, credit or debit cards.

Correction to NEET PG Application Form 2021

The exam conducting authority will allow applicants to edit certain information entered in the application form of NEET PG 2021 after the last date of online submission of application form. Typically, the applicants get a window of 3-5 days to make.
