NEET PG Result 2021 – The National Board of Examinations (NBE) will declare the result of NEET PG 2021 in online mode tentatively in the last week of January. The NEET PG 2021 result would be released in two parts. The initial result would include the score obtained by the candidates and their NEET PG 2020 rank. This will be followed by the merit list for All India 50% quota seats, which would include the merit position of candidates who have opted for admission under AIQ. Validity of the NEET PG result 2021
The NEET PG 2021 result would be valid only for the academic year in which the entrance exam is conducted.
The result couldn’t be carried forward for admission in subsequent academic sessions.

NEET PG Tie-breaking procedure
In case of two or more candidates attaining the same scores in the exam, the merit position of candidates will be decided in the following sequence:
- Candidate with fewer number of incorrect answers
- Candidate with higher score in Part C
- Candidate with fewer number of wrong answers in Part C
- Candidate with higher score in Part B
- Candidate with fewer number of wrong answers in Part B
- Candidate with higher score in Part A
- Candidate with fewer number of wrong answers in Part A
- If the deadlock is undecided at this stage, the candidate older in age will get a higher merit position.
NEET PG Merit List 2020
The admission officials will release two types of NEET PG merit list for All India 50% quota:
- All India 50% quota rank: This is the overall merit positions for candidates who have opted for admission under 50% AIQ. This merit list will be used for filling All India 50% quota seats in MD, MS, Post Graduate Diploma Courses.
- All India 50% quota Category Rank: This is the category-wise (SC, ST, and OBC) merit list for 50% AIQ.
What after declaration of NEET PG result 2021?
The result would also include the qualifying status of the candidate. Such candidates who have qualified in the national-level exam will be eligible to participate in the NEET PG counselling 2021, which will be conducted in online mode.
The counselling of NEET PG 2021 will be conducted for admission to MD, MS and Post Graduate Diploma courses in the country. Admission will be open to such candidates who will meet the NEET PG cutoff in their respective category.
