TJEE Cutoff 2021 – The Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE) will release the cut off of TJEE 2021 for admission to various courses under PCM and PCB groups. The TJEE cutoff would be category-specific and indicate the minimum rank the candidate needs to secure to get admission to their chosen program. Any candidate who scores or is ranked below the cutoff score (or rank) will be out of the admission process. To determine the TJEE cutoff 2021, exam officials will take into consideration factors like sanctioned seat capacity for the program, category, number of applicants and their merit rank in TJEE 2021. Candidates who meet the cutoff criteria will be allotted seats, which they can accept by paying the seat acceptance fee and completing other admission formalities. Go through the rest of the article to learn the full details of TJEE Cutoff 2021.

TJEE Cutoff 2021 – Significance

  1. The cutoff varies from course to course and also across categories, as it is determined based on variables like number of applicants and seat intake.
  2. A higher cutoff of TJEE would mean that the competition for a seat is higher, which can be attributed to: 1) more number of applicants, or 2) more number of higher ranked candidates seeking admission to the course
  3. Please note that the cutoff would be determined for all the courses, and the candidate must meet the cutoff specific to the program they are seeking admission to.
  4. This means the minimum ranks for admission to Civil Engineering program and Mechanical Engineering program may not be the same.
  5. Future aspirants can refer to the TJEE Cutoff 2021 to get an idea as to what rank they may have to secure to get admission into the program of their choice.
  6. The TJEE cutoff is released after completion of the TJEE counselling and seat allotment.

Factors that will determine the TJEE Cut off 2021

The cut off of TJEE 2021 will be determined based on the following factors:

  1. The number of candidates appearing in TJEE 2021 exam
  2. The seat intake for the program the candidate is seeking admission to
  3. The number of applications received for the program
  4. The performance of applicants in the TJEE 2021 exam
  5. The category of the candidate
  6. The ranking of popularity of the institute; please note that top ranked institutes get more number of applications and so the cutoff tends to be higher.
